RF-IgG is an autoantibody that binds the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G, and tracking its levels is informative in collagen-induced arthritis, pristane-induced lupus, and other mouse autoimmune models where Fc-mediated immune complex deposition drives pathology. The kit's indirect biotinylated architecture, paired with streptavidin-HRP signal amplification, supports detection of low-titer mouse RF-IgG.
