Mouse Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta/RXRB ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides this sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of mouse Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta (RXRB) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. RXRB is a nuclear receptor that regulates gene expression and plays a critical role in cell differentiation, development, and metabolism, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, metabolic disorders, and neurological conditions.

The double-antibody sandwich format delivers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 88–102% / 83–100% / 81–93% for serum (n = 5), 95–105% / 84–92% / 84–98% for EDTA plasma (n = 5), and 85–102% / 85–100% / 82–88% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery averages 94% in serum (range 85–105%), 98% in EDTA plasma (range 90–105%), and 91% in heparin plasma (range 86–95%).
