Mouse Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta (Rxrb) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of mouse Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta (Rxrb) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It detects natural and recombinant mouse RXRB, a nuclear receptor that functions as a receptor for retinoic acid. RXRB binds as heterodimers to retinoic acid response elements (RARE) in response to ligands such as all-trans or 9-cis retinoic acid and regulates gene expression in biological processes.

Detection range is 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.165ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.3% and inter-assay CV is 7.5%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. At dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, serum showed 90-100%, 84-97%, 91-104% and 90-100%; EDTA plasma showed 115-124%, 107-107%, 108-118% and 80-92%; heparin plasma showed 98-108%, 95-104%, 99-108% and 100-109%. Recovery averaged 109% in serum (range 103-115%) and 111% in plasma (range 105-117%).
