Mouse Retinoic acid receptor gamma (Rarg) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Retinoic Acid Receptor Gamma (RARγ), a nuclear transcription factor that plays a critical role in physiological processes including embryonic development, immune response and cell differentiation. The kit is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids and uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method.

Reported performance characteristics are a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.8% and inter-assay CV is 8.3%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (N=5) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, returning 96–109%, 80–89%, 100–111% and 109–118% respectively; EDTA plasma (N=5) gave 102–112%, 85–95%, 103–113% and 111–119%; heparin plasma (N=5) gave 100–111%, 82–91%, 85–95% and 95–105%. Recovery in serum averaged 85% (range 80–91%) and in plasma averaged 87% (range 81–93%).
