Mouse Retinoic acid receptor beta (Rarb) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Retinoic acid receptor beta (RARb), this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a colorimetric detection method to deliver sensitive and reproducible results. RARb is a key transcription factor that mediates the effects of retinoic acid, a vitamin A metabolite, on gene expression, with dysregulation linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and developmental abnormalities.

The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Retinoic acid receptor beta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.2% and inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Linearity has been evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum (101-109%, 97-107%, 100-108%, 108-117%), EDTA plasma (105-114%, 100-109%, 96-106%, 88-100%) and heparin plasma (86-98%, 104-114%, 105-115%, 101-111%). Recovery averages 96% (range 90-102%) in serum and 98% (range 92-104%) in plasma.
