Linearity in serum (n=5) is 87-105% at 1:2, 85-96% at 1:4, and 80-92% at 1:8; in EDTA plasma (n=5) 86-95%, 82-93%, and 80-94%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) 85-96%, 82-101%, and 80-93%.
