Mouse Regenerating islet-derived protein 3-gamma (Reg3g) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich-format ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Regenerating islet-derived protein 3-gamma (Reg3g) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It uses a colorimetric detection method. Reg3g is a bactericidal C-type lectin that targets Gram-positive bacteria, contributes to intestinal colonisation resistance, and regulates keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation after skin injury.

The assay has a detection range of 0.78-50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.417 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.9% and inter-assay CV is 10.1%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with recovery averaging 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma.
