Mouse Regenerating Islet Derived Protein 3 Beta (REG3b) ELISA Kit

REG3b (also called HIP/PAP) is a secreted C-type lectin expressed by intestinal epithelial cells and pancreatic acinar cells, where it supports mucosal antimicrobial defense and tissue repair. This Assay Genie kit targets mouse REG3b, enabling quantitative measurement in samples from experimental models of colitis, pancreatitis and gut barrier disruption. The kit ships as a complete microplate package with pre-coated capture antibodies, ready-to-use reagents and a standard curve.
