Mouse Reg3b/Regenerating islet-derived protein 3-beta ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Regenerating Islet-Derived Protein 3 Beta (REG3B) in mouse samples. The double-antibody assay is reactive with mouse REG3B (UniProt P35230) and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.234 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.391-25 ng/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) is 91-103%, 89-105%, and 89-105% for serum; 85-97%, 87-100%, and 84-100% for EDTA plasma; and 81-99%, 80-99%, and 82-100% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages 95% for serum (range 87-102%), 92% for EDTA plasma (85-100%), and 98% for heparin plasma (90-104%). The kit is shipped at 2-8°C for storage up to 12 months.
