Mouse Reg1/Lithostathine-1 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit allows the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Reg1 (Lithostathine-1) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with mouse samples and is intended for research use only. Mouse Reg1, also known as Lithostathine 1, is a key protein involved in regulating inflammation and immune responses, and its dysregulation has been associated with various inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders. Studying Reg1 levels can provide insights into these conditions and support the development of potential therapeutic interventions.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.094ng/ml and a detection range of 0.156-10ng/ml. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV <8% and an inter-assay CV <10%. In spiked recovery testing, mouse serum (n=5) gave a range of 88-103% with an average of 99%, EDTA plasma (n=5) gave 85-102% with an average of 94%, and UFH plasma (n=5) gave 92-105% with an average of 96%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and UFH plasma. The kit should be stored at 4°C for 6 months.
