Mouse Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (Erbb2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2, also known by synonyms including HER2, Neu, Proto-oncogene c-ErbB-2, p185erbB2 and CD340. The kit is designed to measure ERBB2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. It is reactive with mouse samples and is intended for research use only, supporting cancer research where dysregulation of this receptor tyrosine kinase is implicated in disease mechanisms.

Specificity is for natural and recombinant mouse Receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.079ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (88-98% at 1:2, 107-118% at 1:4, 88-98% at 1:8, 97-107% at 1:16, N=5), EDTA plasma (110-120%, 101-111%, 103-115%, 110-120% at the same dilutions, N=5) and heparin plasma (107-117%, 97-107%, 110-120%, 81-90% at the same dilutions, N=5).
