Mouse Receptor-type tyrosine-protein kinase FLT3 (Flt3) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Receptor-type tyrosine-protein kinase FLT3 (Flt3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It is reactive with mouse samples and detects both natural and recombinant mouse FLT3. The kit is intended for research use only.

The manufacturer's specifications list a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.63pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported as 5.9% and inter-assay CV as 8.6%. Linearity was tested across four dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16; N=5) for serum (106-114%, 86-96%, 82-90%, 100-110%), EDTA plasma (104-113%, 106-117%, 93-102%, 104-115%) and heparin plasma (91-101%, 103-113%, 109-118%, 105-117%). Spike-and-recovery values are given as an average of 107% for serum (range 101-113%) and 109% for plasma (range 103-115%).

FLT3 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that acts as a cell-surface receptor for the cytokine FLT3LG, regulating differentiation, proliferation and survival of hematopoietic progenitor cells and of dendritic cells. Dysregulation of FLT3 has been implicated in leukemia and other hematological malignancies.
