Mouse Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 3 (Ripk3) ELISA Kit

This sandwich-format ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 3 (RIPK3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay covers a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.087 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%.

Spike-and-recovery averages were 98% for serum (range 92–104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94–106%), with linearity demonstrated between 86% and 121% across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The kit is reactive with mouse samples only. RIPK3 is a serine/threonine kinase central to necroptosis, inflammation and immune signalling, and the kit is intended for research applications exploring these pathways. For research use only.
