The low-affinity IgE receptor FceRII, also designated CD23, is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that binds immunoglobulin E and shapes B-cell, macrophage, and eosinophil responses in allergic inflammation and parasitic-immune pathways. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured specifically for mouse research use, supporting studies of Th2-driven inflammation, allergen sensitization, mast cell cross-talk, and IgE class-switch regulation in murine model systems.

The kit is supplied as a complete 96 assays plate with reagents required to generate a standard curve and measure endogenous FceRII levels in cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and clarified serum samples prepared from mouse sources. Researchers apply it in cell culture supernatant profiling and in vitro stimulation experiments where B-cell or basophil activation is being mapped, and it is compatible with standard microplate readers used in immunology and inflammation laboratories.

The plate layout provides sufficient wells for unknown samples alongside internal reference standards, allowing group means to be compared across treatment cohorts. Storage on receipt should follow the temperature conditions stated on the kit insert, and all components are intended for research use only.
