Mouse Receptor I For The Fc Region Of Immunoglobulin G (FcgRI) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures mouse FcgRI (also known as CD64), the high-affinity IgG Fc receptor expressed on macrophages, monocytes, and interferon-γ–activated neutrophils. Using a paired-antibody format on a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric readout, the kit is configured as 96 assays and supports immunology, phagocytosis, and antibody-therapy research in murine models. Each kit includes a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized standards, dilution buffer, wash concentrate, and substrate solution sufficient to build a standard curve for FcgRI in mouse-derived samples.
