Mouse Ras-related protein Rab-19 (Rab19) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this ELISA kit enables measurement of mouse Ras-related protein Rab-19 (Rab19) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay has a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.15ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 6.2% and inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Reported recovery is 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma. Specificity is directed against natural and recombinant mouse Ras-related protein Rab-19.

Rab19 is a member of the Ras-related protein family involved in intracellular membrane trafficking and vesicle transport, supporting cell signalling and protein transport. Dysregulation of Rab19 has been implicated in various diseases, making it a biomarker of research interest. The protein is annotated at UniProt P35294 with a molecular weight of 24,398 Da, and is localised at the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane as a lipid-anchor.
