Mouse Ras-related protein Rab-11A (Rab11a) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of Ras-related protein Rab-11A (Rab-11A) in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie detects the target in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Rab-11A is a small GTPase that regulates intracellular membrane trafficking, from the formation of transport vesicles through to their fusion with membranes, and acts as a major regulator of endocytic recycling and of membrane delivery during cytokinesis. Dysregulation of Rab-11A has been implicated in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a useful biomarker for related research.

The assay is reactive with mouse samples and recognises both natural and recombinant mouse Ras-related protein Rab-11A (UniProt P62492; synonyms: Rab-11, Rab11). It has a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.156 ng/mL. Following addition of detection reagents and substrate, the optical density of each well is read at 450 nm.
