Mouse Rar gamma/Retinoic acid receptor gamma ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Retinoic Acid Receptor Gamma (RAR Gamma) in mouse samples. The assay offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, supporting research into retinoic acid signaling and its role in embryonic development, immune response, and cell differentiation.

The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Linearity has been established for serum (87-104% at 1:2, 85-101% at 1:4, 90-96% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (91-102% at 1:2, 82-100% at 1:4, 81-97% at 1:8), and heparin plasma (94-100% at 1:2, 83-92% at 1:4, 83-96% at 1:8) dilutions. Recovery ranges are 85-105% for serum, 89-104% for EDTA plasma, and 85-104% for heparin plasma, with corresponding average values of 95%, 96%, and 97%.

The protocol involves a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate incubation in the dark for 10–20 minutes before measuring absorbance at 450 nm. Dedicated sample preparation instructions are included for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysates. Kit components are intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.
