Mouse Pyruvate Carboxylase (PC) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures mouse pyruvate carboxylase (PC) protein levels in research samples. Pyruvate carboxylase is a biotin-dependent mitochondrial enzyme that catalyzes the carboxylation of pyruvate to oxaloacetate, an anaplerotic reaction essential for gluconeogenesis, de novo lipogenesis, and glucose-stimulated insulin secretion.

Validated for tissue homogenates and cell lysates, the kit supports metabolic disease research, hepatic biology studies, and investigations of mitochondrial enzyme regulation. Each pack contains reagents sufficient for 96 assays, supplied in individual vials with a pre-coated microplate for processing on a standard plate reader.
