Mouse PTHrP/Parathyroid Hormone Related Protein ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Parathyroid Hormone-Related Protein (PTHrP). The kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, employing a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection.

PTHrP is a key protein involved in bone development, calcium homeostasis, and cell growth regulation, and its dysregulation has been linked to bone disorders, cancer, and metabolic diseases. The assay offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with kits stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validation data for the assay include recovery rates of 85-105% in serum (average 97%), 85-97% in EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 87-103% in heparin plasma (average 99%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was 91-104%, 87-99%, and 82-99% for serum; 85-102%, 84-100%, and 82-101% for EDTA plasma; and 88-98%, 93-103%, and 89-99% for heparin plasma.
