Mouse PTHR2 (Parathyroid Hormone Receptor 2) ELISA Kit (MOES01340)

A quantitative ELISA-format kit from Assay Genie is configured for the in vitro measurement of parathyroid hormone receptor 2 (PTHR2) in mouse-derived specimens. The complete reagent set covers 96 individual determinations and ships with pre-coated microplate wells, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent.

The protocol uses a 100 uL sample volume per well, accepts serum-derived and plasma-derived preparations alongside tissue homogenates, and runs to completion in approximately 3.5 hours. Specificity evaluation showed no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse PTHR2 and analogues.

Reagents should be refrigerated upon receipt and handled according to the enclosed protocol; the kit is for research use only and serves receptor expression profiling, biomarker quantification, and pharmacological screening of PTHR2 ligands in murine samples.
