The Mouse PTH PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a competitive immunoassay developed for quantitative measurement of parathyroid hormone in mouse research samples. Parathyroid hormone regulates serum calcium and phosphate balance, making this assay relevant to studies of bone turnover, secondary hyperparathyroidism in chronic kidney disease models, vitamin D metabolism, and skeletal responses to dietary or pharmacologic intervention in mice.
