Mouse Prss29/Serine protease 29 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the accurate measurement of PRSS29 (Serine Protease 29) levels in mouse samples. The kit uses a double antibody sandwich ELISA format with a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with mouse species. It is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Linearity has been characterised for serum (83-99% at 1:2, 81-94% at 1:4, 87-100% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (85-101% at 1:2, 91-101% at 1:4, 82-100% at 1:8) and heparin plasma (91-104% at 1:2, 85-105% at 1:4, 85-100% at 1:8). Recovery has been reported as 86-98% (average 91%) for serum, 91-104% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-102% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.
