Mouse Proton-associated sugar transporter A (Slc45a1) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Proton-associated sugar transporter A (SLC45A1), this sandwich-format colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay detects both natural and recombinant mouse protein and is intended for research use only.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40.7 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.2% and inter-assay CV is 8.1%. Linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions in serum (93-105%, 114-124%, 101-111%, 109-119%), EDTA plasma (98-106%, 110-110%, 84-94%, 100-110%) and heparin plasma (96-106%, 89-99%, 119-129%, 94-104%). Mean recovery is 86% (range 80-92%) for serum and 88% (range 82-94%) for plasma.

SLC45A1 (UniProt Q8BIV7) is a multi-pass membrane protein that mediates glucose uptake along the pH gradient and belongs to the glycoside-pentoside-hexuronide (GPH) cation symporter transporter family. The kit is supplied with an ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate solution, stop solution and plate sealer, with component storage temperatures ranging from -20°C to 4°C.
