Mouse Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret (Ret) ELISA Kit

Quoted performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Reproducibility is reported with an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Linearity has been evaluated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery values average 93% (range 87-99) for serum and 95% (range 89-101) for plasma.

Subcellular localisation is reported at the cell membrane and the endosome membrane as a single-pass type I membrane protein.
