Mouse Proto-oncogene c-Fos (Fos) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Proto-oncogene c-Fos (Fos) in mouse samples. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse Proto-oncogene c-Fos and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.181 ng/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 6.4% and an inter-assay CV of 10.4%.

Linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with recovery averaging 106% for serum (range 100–112%) and 108% for plasma (range 102–114%). The UniProt accession for the target protein is P01101.
