Mouse Proteinase 3 (PR3) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Proteinase 3 in mouse-derived specimens. Proteinase 3 (PR3) is a 29 kDa neutrophil serine protease stored in azurophilic granules, recognized as the target autoantigen in PR3-ANCA-associated vasculitis (granulomatosis with polyangiitis). This research-use-only kit supports studies of neutrophilic inflammation, autoimmune vasculitis, and pulmonary-renal syndromes in mouse models, providing in vitro quantification of PR3 as a biomarker of neutrophil degranulation. The kit is supplied in a 96-assay microplate format with matched capture and detection antibodies specific to mouse PR3, and it accepts multiple sample matrices including tissue homogenates. Results are read on a standard microplate reader, and the reagents are stored refrigerated to preserve shelf life through repeated use across freeze-thaw cycles where applicable.
