Mouse Protein Z Dependent Protease Inhibitor (ZPI) ELISA Kit

Quantitative immunoassay for measuring Protein Z Dependent Protease Inhibitor in murine plasma samples. This Assay Genie kit applies a paired-antibody ELISA principle to capture murine ZPI and reports concentration through an enzyme-driven color reaction read on a standard plate reader.

ZPI is a serpin (SERPINA10) that down-regulates factor Xa in a protein Z-dependent manner and directly inhibits factor XIa, making plasma-level measurements informative for studies of coagulation balance, thrombotic risk, hepatic serpin expression, and hemorrhagic phenotypes in mouse models.

The mouse-reactive kit is sized for 96 individual determinations and includes pre-coated wells, assay diluent, detection antibody, and standard for curve fitting.
