Mouse Protein Wnt-10a (Wnt10a) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Mouse Protein Wnt-10a (Wnt10a) in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Protein Wnt-10a, with a reported detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.073 ng/mL.

Precision data show an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 6.4%. Recovery has been characterised at an average of 101% (range 95–107%) in serum and 103% (range 97–109%) in plasma. Linearity was evaluated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Wnt-10a is a secreted extracellular ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors and operates within the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signalling pathway. It contributes to normal ectoderm, tooth and postnatal development and is required for the maintenance of tongue papillae, sweat ducts and hair follicle function.
