Mouse Protein S100-A8 (S100a8) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of S100A8 levels in mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. S100A8, also known as Calgranulin A, is a calcium-binding protein that plays a critical role in inflammatory responses and immune regulation, making it a valuable biomarker for studying inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. The Mouse Protein S100-A8 (S100a8) ELISA Kit shows reactivity with mouse samples and specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Protein S100-A8.

The kit achieves a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.054ng/mL. Precision is characterized by an intra-assay CV of 4.6% and an inter-assay CV of 7.1%. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with serum results ranging from 93-114% across dilutions. Recovery in serum averages 87% (range 81-93%) and in plasma averages 89% (range 83-95%). The kit is also compatible with tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
