Mouse Protein Kinase, DNA Activated, Catalytic Polypeptide (PRKDC) ELISA Kit

A core regulator of DNA double-strand break repair, PRKDC (the catalytic subunit of DNA-dependent protein kinase, DNA-PKcs) drives non-homologous end joining and V(D)J recombination in mouse lymphocytes. This immunoassay kit from Assay Genie quantifies mouse PRKDC in tissue homogenates for research use only, supporting studies of genome stability, radiation response, lymphoid development, and the SCID mouse phenotype.

Built as a complete kit with all reagents needed to run a full microplate of samples, the workflow produces an absorbance readout on a standard plate reader.
