Mouse Protein Kinase C Epsilon (PKCe) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Protein Kinase C Epsilon (PKCe) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of PKCe, a calcium-independent, DAG- and phorbol ester-activated serine/threonine kinase of approximately 84 kDa belonging to the novel PKC subfamily, with a standard detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity below 0.05 ng/mL. The microplate-based assay uses 100 µL of sample per well, is intended for research use only, and supports investigation of PKCe signalling in neural tissue, cardiac preconditioning, synaptic plasticity, and receptor desensitization pathways. The kit is supplied with pre-coated plate strips, ready-to-use reagents, and standard diluent sufficient for the full plate run. Reconstituted standard should be aliquoted and stored frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while unused strips remain stable refrigerated in their sealed pouch.
