Mouse Protein Kinase C Alpha (PKCa) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures Protein Kinase C Alpha (PKCa) in mouse-derived samples using a colorimetric readout. PKCa is a calcium- and diacylglycerol-dependent serine/threonine kinase that transduces signals downstream of receptor-coupled phospholipase C, with established roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis research.
