Mouse Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 2 (Tgm2) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse Protein-glutamine gamma-glutamyltransferase 2 (Tgm2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for both natural and recombinant mouse Tgm2, and the colorimetric assay is supplied with a pre-coated microplate and lyophilised standard for straightforward setup.

Across a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.189 ng/mL, the assay shows an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 7.2%. Reported linearity in serum spans 101–112% at 1:2 through 103–112% at 1:16 dilution, while EDTA plasma ranges from 110–119% at 1:2 to 88–98% at 1:16 and heparin plasma ranges from 87–96% at 1:2 to 106–115% at 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 92% (range 86–98%) and in plasma averages 94% (range 88–100%).
