Mouse Protein Disulfide Isomerase ELISA Kit

It uses a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Protein disulfide isomerase is a key enzyme involved in correct protein folding and the regulation of cellular redox balance, with dysregulation linked to neurodegenerative disorders, cardiovascular disease, and cancer, making the kit relevant for research in these conditions.

Linearity in serum (n=5) is reported as 90–98% at 1:2, 88–100% at 1:4, and 85–100% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 84–99%, 83–99%, and 82–96% at the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n=5) shows 83–93%, 80–93%, and 86–100%. Spike-and-recovery is 91–104% (average 99%) in serum, 90–104% (96%) in EDTA plasma, and 95–105% (99%) in heparin plasma. The workflow includes primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin binding steps, TMB color development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
