Mouse Protein disulfide-isomerase A4 (Pdia4) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate detection of Mouse Protein disulfide-isomerase A4 (PDIA4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay shows reactivity with mouse samples and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse PDIA4.

Key performance specifications include a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL, sensitivity of 0.395 ng/mL, intra-assay CV of 8.3% and inter-assay CV of 10.1%. Reported linearity for serum spans 103–116%, 102–112%, 107–119% and 88–98% at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 respectively; EDTA plasma gave 90–99%, 100–110%, 98–109% and 114–123%; heparin plasma gave 91–104%, 91–103%, 96–105% and 105–115%. Recovery averaged 89% (range 83–95%) for serum and 91% (range 85–97%) for plasma. Detection is colorimetric with absorbance read at 450 nm.

PDIA4, also known as Endoplasmic reticulum resident protein 72, ER protein 72, Cai or Erp72, is an isomerase located in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen and melanosome. It belongs to the protein disulfide isomerase family and forms part of a large chaperone multiprotein complex, with roles in protein folding and cell redox homeostasis. The kit is listed for research use only and is applicable to epigenetics research.
