Mouse Protein Disulfide Isomerase A2 (PDIA2) ELISA Kit

The endoplasmic reticulum-resident protein belongs to the protein disulfide isomerase family and catalyzes the formation, reduction, and isomerization of disulfide bonds during oxidative protein folding. PDIA2, also called PDIp, is preferentially expressed in pancreatic tissue and has been investigated in connection with insulin biosynthesis, beta-cell physiology, and the unfolded protein response.
