Mouse Protein CYR61 (Cyr61) ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie colorimetric sandwich ELISA designed for quantitative detection of mouse Protein CYR61 (Cysteine-rich angiogenic inducer 61; also referred to as CCN1, IGFBP-10, and IBP-10) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. CYR61 is described as a secreted, extracellular matrix-associated protein that promotes cell proliferation, chemotaxis, angiogenesis, and cell adhesion, with a documented role in wound healing.
