Mouse Protein cereblon (Crbn) ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie sandwich-format ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of cereblon levels in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. The assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/mL, and is specific for natural and recombinant mouse protein cereblon.

Cereblon functions as a substrate recognition component of a DCX (DDB1-CUL4-X-box) E3 protein ligase complex that mediates ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins such as MEIS2, with roles reported in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, and in memory and learning through its interaction with KCNT1. Dysregulation of cereblon has been implicated in cancer, developmental disorders and neurodegenerative conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for research. The kit is for research use only.
