Mouse Protein atonal homolog 1 (Atoh1) ELISA Kit

Atoh1, also known by the synonyms Helix-loop-helix protein mATH-1, mATH1, and Ath1, is a nuclear transcriptional regulator that activates E box-dependent transcription in collaboration with TCF3/E47, an activity that is completely antagonized by the negative regulator of neurogenesis HES1. The protein plays a role in the differentiation of subsets of neural cells and has a molecular weight of 41.9 kDa (UniProt: P48985).
