Assay Genie supplies this sandwich-format ELISA for the quantitative measurement of mouse Protein argonaute-2 (Eif2c2). Reactivity is limited to mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse Protein argonaute-2.
Per the manufacturer data, the detection range is 31.2-2000pg/ml and sensitivity is 15.68pg/mL. Argonaute-2 (EIF2C2, UniProt Q8CJG0) is the catalytic endonuclease of the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC) and is required for RNA-mediated gene silencing (RNAi). The protein localises to the cytoplasm, P-bodies and the nucleus.
