Mouse Proteasome subunit beta type-8 (Psmb8) ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate and reliable detection of mouse proteasome subunit beta type-8 (Psmb8) levels, this sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for research use only. The assay recognises natural and recombinant mouse PSMB8 and is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with ATP-dependent proteolytic activity, and this beta subunit is involved in antigen processing to generate class I binding peptides, the inflammatory response pathway, and adipocyte differentiation.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/mL. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (N=5), with values of 104-116%, 93-103%, 89-101% and 89-98% for serum; 101-110%, 108-118%, 90-100% and 89-99% for EDTA plasma; and 83-92%, 101-111%, 99-107% and 103-113% for heparin plasma at the respective dilutions.
