Mouse Protease Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2) ELISA Kit

Protease Activated Receptor 2 (PAR2), also known as F2RL1, is a G protein-coupled receptor cleaved and activated by trypsin, tryptase and other serine proteases, and is widely studied in models of inflammation, nociception, gastrointestinal motility and vascular permeability. This Assay Genie immunoassay uses a pre-coated microplate with PAR2-specific capture and detection antibodies and a chromogenic substrate to quantify receptor levels from prepared tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological samples. Approximately 100 uL of prepared sample is loaded per well, and the complete workflow fits within a standard 3.5 hour bench-top protocol at room temperature. Reconstituted reagents and unused strips should be stored at 4 degrees C, while the lyophilized standard should be kept frozen at -20 degrees C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The kit provides all reagents for 96 determinations and is intended for research use only, supporting studies in protease signaling, inflammation biology and receptor pharmacology.
