Mouse Prostaglandin F2 alpha/PGF2A ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a competitive ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2a) in mouse samples, with colorimetric detection. Designed for research into inflammation, reproductive biology, and related physiological and pathological pathways in mouse models, the kit uses an antigen-coated competitive format intended to deliver reliable, reproducible results.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma (EDTA and heparin), cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay reports a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL across a standard range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 89–105% for serum, 90–98% for EDTA plasma, and 80–100% for heparin plasma, with mean spike-and-recovery values of 94% (serum), 93% (EDTA plasma) and 95% (heparin plasma). The kit is supplied sealed for storage at 2–8°C and must not be cryopreserved.
