Mouse Prolactin-8A8/Prl8a8 ELISA Kit

A competitive ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative measurement of mouse Prolactin-8A8 (Prl8a8), a hormone implicated in lactation, reproduction, and immune regulation, and a biomarker of interest in research on infertility, autoimmune disorders, and breast cancer. The assay is coated with antigen and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples of mouse origin.

Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n=10) 99-104%, 87-98% and 82-96%; EDTA plasma (n=10) 82-97%, 85-99% and 89-99%; heparin plasma (n=10) 89-103%, 82-99% and 82-101%. Recovery for the same matrices was 85-99% (average 95%), 85-100% (average 97%) and 88-103% (average 95%) respectively.
