Mouse Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (Cd274) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (Cd274), also known as PD-L1. The assay is intended for research use only and is reactive with mouse samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids.

Quantitative performance includes a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.7% and inter-assay CV is 7.1%. Linearity in serum ranges from 87–95% to 88–101% across serial dilutions, EDTA plasma from 113–123% to 104–116%, and heparin plasma from 114–124% to 81–93%. Recovery averages 103% in serum (range 97–109%) and 105% in plasma (range 99–111%). The assay specifically detects natural and recombinant mouse Cd274.

Cd274 is an immune inhibitory receptor ligand with immunoglobulin V-like and C-like domains, anchored as a single-pass type I membrane protein on the cell membrane. It interacts with PDCD1 to inhibit T-cell proliferation and cytokine production, contributing to immune homeostasis while its dysregulation is linked to autoimmune disease, inflammation and cancer. According to the UniProt entry Q9EP73, the protein has a molecular weight of 32,780 Da. Reported synonyms include B7 homolog 1, B7-H1, CD274, PD-L1, B7h1, Pdcd1l1, Pdcd1lg1 and Pdl1 (official gene symbol Cd274).
