Mouse Progonadoliberin-1 (Gnrh1) ELISA Kit

Designed for research use, this Assay Genie sandwich ELISA enables the quantitative measurement of mouse Progonadoliberin-1 (GnRH1) by colorimetric detection. The kit supports studies of reproductive biology, including fertility, puberty, and related disorders.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.84 pg/mL. Precision is documented with an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 7.5%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Recovery in serum averages 96% (range 90–102%) and in plasma averages 98% (range 92–104%). The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse Progonadoliberin-1 and is reactive with mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

GnRH1 (UniProt P13562) is a secreted protein associated with the signal transduction research area. It stimulates the release of gonadotropins, including luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormones. Storage conditions for individual components are provided with the kit.
