Mouse Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase 1 (Trub1) ELISA Kit

The Mouse Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase 1 (Trub1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a sandwich-format immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Trub1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colourimetric detection method supports a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.092 ng/mL.

Reproducibility data show an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity was verified for serum (1:2 105-114%, 1:4 108-118%, 1:8 96-105%, 1:16 89-100%), EDTA plasma (1:2 83-93%, 1:4 104-114%, 1:8 115-124%, 1:16 105-114%) and heparin plasma (1:2 94-107%, 1:4 93-102%, 1:8 104-114%, 1:16 111-120%). Recovery was 106-118% in serum (average 112%) and 108-120% in plasma (average 114%). The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse Probable tRNA pseudouridine synthase 1.

TRUB1, encoded by the Trub1 gene (UniProt Q8C0D0), belongs to the pseudouridine synthase TruB family and may be responsible for the synthesis of pseudouridine from uracil in transfer RNAs, an RNA modification step important for the proper structure and function of tRNA molecules. The kit is intended for research use only and supports applications in the epigenetics research area.
