Mouse Pro-ANP/Pro Atrial Natriuretic Peptide ELISA Kit

The workflow begins with equilibration of reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, followed by primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, and HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes. Colour development with TMB substrate is performed in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance is read at 450 nm immediately after the stop reaction. Linearity across dilution series spans 80-105% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5), with recovery ranging from 86-105% and averaging 93-99% across the same matrices.
