Mouse PRKACA ELISA Kit

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie configured as a double-antibody Sandwich ELISA for the measurement of mouse PRKACA (Protein Kinase CAMP-Dependent Catalytic Alpha). The kit is designed to quantify PRKACA levels in mouse-derived samples and supports research into signal transduction pathways, gene expression, metabolism, and cell growth, as well as investigations where PRKACA dysregulation has been implicated in disease, including cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders.

Stated analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with readout based on colorimetric detection. Kit components should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and measurement of absorbance at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
